Terms of use
The rules for using Videolooks and protecting your work.
Updated 19 September 2026
The current free release.
VideoLooks provides this service. Contact videolooksapp@gmail.com with account or service questions.
The current release is free. The public demo can be explored without an account; opening the full editor requires Google sign-in. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any future paid offering will need its own pricing and purchase terms before you choose to buy.
Using Videolooks.
Use Videolooks lawfully and only with images, videos, LUTs and other material you are entitled to use. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for the material you import, edit and export.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you use Videolooks for an organisation, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Your work remains yours.
Using Videolooks does not transfer ownership of your original media to us. You keep the rights you hold in the material you import and the work you create.
Keep copies of your source files and review your exports before delivery. Browser storage is working storage, not a backup service.
Respect the application and other people.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, distribute malicious files, infringe another person’s rights or misrepresent the ownership of Videolooks.
The application and its bundled materials are governed by the License page. Rights expressly granted by applicable law or a component’s own license remain unaffected.
Check your workflow.
Available formats, decoding, playback and export options depend on your browser, device and chosen settings. Try representative media in the demo before relying on Videolooks for a particular workflow.
Color appearance also depends on source settings and your display. Check Color Space and review important work on the intended delivery system.
Your legal rights.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. There are no purchases or subscription charges in the current free release.
